As you will be aware the DAG strategy team recently ran a poll which posed the question "What would you like to do about the liquidator" and proposed three choices:

1. Leave PWC in place
2. Appoint a "conflict" liquidator to work alongside PwC
3. Replace PWC

Notwithstanding the results, PWC has since told DST that it believes that it has the confidence of the majority of creditors. The DST has therefore decided to run another poll posing the following question "Are you satisfied with PWC's performance as joint liquidators provisional?", Yes or No and, in conjunction with this poll, DST asks you to fill out this web form stating your user name and the approximate amount of your deposit in KSFIOM. This information will be retained by the DST and used to support the validity of the results of the new poll and the earlier poll
