Speech for the nominees
ROBERT COATES (ON BEHALF OF DAG) SPEECH FOR THE MOTION TO APPOINT BDO
I wish to propose the motion that
“the Joint Provisional Liquidators and Joint Deemed Official Receivers make an application to Court to appoint Malcolm Cohen of BDO Stoy Hayward of Baker Street London W1 as an additional Joint Liquidator”
I attach our response to the issues being raised in relation to the potential "increase in costs" argument and the tax consequences of the appointment of a conflict liquidator.
