Come to the DAG "roadshow" Monday 11th May 2 p.m.

Next Monday 11th May at 2 p.m. the DAG are hosting a "roadshow" in the offices of our lawyers Edwin Coe. For those of you who are able to come along, there will be an opportunity to meet with our knowledgeable DAG-financed lawyers and others who have so vigorously supported us all to date.

DAG Strategy Team Update 6th May 2009

The choices we are confronted with. We are now only a matter of days away from having to vote between either a long-established Depositor Compensation Scheme that has yet to be tested, or a hastily-revised Scheme of Arrangement (“SOA”) that is still seriously lacking in so many areas. Neither choice is perfect.
