This is a brief summary of events which members, particularly, may find useful.KSFIOM DAG web sites
The group operates several websites:
- The ksfiomdag.com site is regularly updated and has both public content and a private depositors-only area. It is administrated independently of ksfiomdepositors.org.
- The ksfiomdepositors.org forum site is in regular use and is primarily intended for depositors only.
- The original ksfiomdepositors.org public site (this site) is intended for all but is now updated only infrequently.

Message to DAG members:
The KSFIOM DAG Strategy Team (DST) team prepares press releases whenever it feels there is something useful and new that it can put to the media. The media contacts we have include reporters and editors at the daily newspapers, weekly magazines, expat websites, the TV channels and other contacts in the UK and the Isle of Man.
Please, however, feel free to highlight them to your own contacts and particularly your local press if you are also willing to talk to them to give a local angle.

What's the issue?
On 9 October 2008, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Isle of Man (KSFIOM) was placed into provisional liquidation/administration due to the failure of its sister bank in London, Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander UK (KFSUK). Thousands of British citizens stand to lose their life savings if a solution is not found.

Imagine that you put all your life savings into a bank, perhaps even the proceeds from the sale of your house, for safe keeping and one morning you woke up to the nightmare news that the bank had closed its doors and you couldn’t have your money. On October 8th 2008, that’s exactly what happened to many savers with KSF on the Isle of Man.

The DAG nominees to the KSFIOM Creditors' Committee ("CC") have recently concluded the negotiations with PwC on the form of confidentiality undertaking ("CU") relating to the disclosures to be made to the CC, and the form of this CU is being uploaded to the site for your reference.
